I believe unemployed issue is not social structure's fault. It is people's
mind that and habits which stops them getting a job. We cannot blame
illegal aliens taking our jobs because they are taking jobs which many
people did not want to do. They cannot take jobs which requires
credential and good money. It is us who decide not to take
, jobs. There are no such a perfect job for you because we are not living
in perfect world. We should focus on what market wants and improve
our skills to satisfy hire managers to hire you. Not just educations. You
need experience and connections and you can build them. It is pretty
important for us to run around and show your possibility. Not just sitting
at home and sending out digital resume.

A big part of it is that realization that a "good" job is defined as being
above average. It's a big part of why so many jobs have high turnover.
People begrudgingly do the job because they want A paycheck even if
it's a tiny one. But
getting good jobs is hard because the definition means not everyone CAN
have one.

I do agree with most of your opinion. There are plenty of jobs available
but not in every professional field. I do agree that in certain field have
job shortage due to availability. I do agree with that part but not
,agreeing with there are not enough jobs available for living. There are
many jobs available out there which can feed you while you look for
"good" job. It does not matter how fancy the job is. It is important
, that if it can help you out for your living and future. If you cannot find a
job of what you studied at, go search further radius and see if there is
one available. Job searching is like selling myself to the company. I have
to do "self sales" to get hired. If employer think a individual is not enough
to be hired, that means that individual have to workout more to satisfy
hiring manager. It is my personal perspective but I have seen many
professional field which is claimed as "fully booked" had many opened
opportunity which can lead to next step. Just felt sad when people
decided to avoid do first step and only looking for a "good" job.

One thing someone told me once is that job postings are typically a wish
list, and that while there are genuine minimum requirements, some parts
are simply wants, not needs. Experience is one that is often listed as
a want, but realistically most applicants who have the requested
expeience are likely to consider the position only if they are out of work
and broke.
