LEADERSHIP AT “TEENS AGE”
What is leadership? Who is he/she? Is they we’re born? Or they we’re
made?. Many teenagers in Indonesia especially don’t know what is leadership
and how to lead. That’s why its kinda hard to make a change in this beautiful
country. Okay, let me explain to you in my opinion, what is it. Lets go.
Leader is the person, leadership is what the person have and how the
person do. So, we have a conclusion hear that leader and leadership is a
different things, but both is made by the same word. And what is leadership it
self? Leadership is an art to how you influence other, just that. One simple
sentences that hard to make it real. Leader is the person that can bring many
other people to follow him, to make them do what he wanna do, to help him,
to run with him. So that’s its leadership, “influence”. But, many teenagers at
this age is thinking about how people have an impression to them, think a
thing that should not be think of them. That is one of the reason many
teenagers can’t lead, and they we’re hiding in the back kind of reason like
“Not every people can be leader”. “Leader was born, their not made”, “I will
never be a great leader”, and “its hard to influence people, to make them love
what I love, to make them follow me. I’m scared of what they gonna think
about me if im being a leader”. OKAY! ENOUGH!.
First of all, leader was not born, but he was made. Everyone can be a
leader, your daily habits indirectly there is some leadership in there. And
confidence is the most important thing, why you can think that you we’re not
a good leader even though that you never do that before, even you haven’t
stepped. Don’t think about people’s mind and people’s feelings first, but
focus to your little step forward, focus to your dream, focus on it. Forget
about what peoples gonna do, because what people’s do is because what you
do. Step first, event though is just a little step, big move is made by much
little step.
