Weight Room Policies:
-towel is required
-closed toed athletic shoes; no sperrys, vans, loafers, slip ons, sandals, or boots
-appropriate athletic attire: no jeans, khakis, or cargo shorts. no metal buttons or rivets
-no backpacks, gym bags, purses, helmets, rackets, skateboards, longboards allowed
-resealable containers only
-under 14 not allowed
-14-17 years old must be supervised
-zero tolerance policy for dropping weights
-free weights kept in freeweight area on grey tile
-clips must be used on bars
-always rerack weights
-no amplified music or yelling
-no training unless rec employee trainer
towel problem:

-towel card: $18 per semester/$30 per year
-2nd and 3rd floor (3rd floor cable and adjustable pully system)

-pay period is Thursday to Sunday to Saturday
