, WHAT IS COMMODITY FETISHISM
The concept of commodity fetishism was first introduced
by Karl Marx, in his book Capital: A Critique of Political
Economy. As an important concept in Marxist Philosophy,
it describes the relation between production and exchange
as a social relationship between things (money and mer-
chandise), instead of the relationships among people.
