With lives getting extremely hectic and schedules getting frantic, getting late or missing
an appointment has become quite regular. Something similar has happened to me a lot
of times. However, talking about one of the recent incidents, I missed the dentist’s
appointment last Thursday.
Why were you late?
Until Wednesday night, the appointment was clear in my mind, and I knew that I had to
visit the dentist the following day. However, the moment my day started, I got caught up
in a plethora of meetings and assignments. In addition to this, I had to complete some
home-related tasks as well. Enraptured in everything important, the dentist’s
appointment completely skipped my mind until my sister reminded me of it.

The moment I realised I was late, panic mode kicked in. I went into a frenzy zone.
Hurriedly, I tried finishing the task that I was in the middle of and got ready for the
appointment. However, when I reached the clinic, I was already an hour and a half late.
As a result, the dentist had taken his lunch break. The receptionist asked me to shift the
appointment to the evening. Unfortunately, I had other things scheduled for the day, so I
had to push my appointment to the next week.

Receiving money as gift is a tradition in india since many years and today i would like to
describe a time when i receivwd money as gift from my elder brother.in Since he was confused
about my preference for a gift, he decided to give me some money as a gift so that I could buy
anything as per my choice. He made my birthday special when he had given me an envelope
containing some cash. There was an exact amount of cash inside which I required to purchase
an Apple Watch. I felt so overwhelmed that tears started rolling down my eyes. Next day, I and
my brother went to the market and bought a white Apple Watch for me. Out of the excitement, I
clicked a picture of that watch and posted on my social site to share my happiness with my
friends and relatives.
I was really grateful to my brother for the gesture of love and care he had shown me. I really
love him for his unconditional love and support. He understands my needs even if I do not tell
him. That gift was indeed special for me but the person who gave me that gift is the most
special one.
