Lesson 1 - Multiply Whole Numbers By Fractions (5th Grade Math) Math and Science Jason says multiplication and division are actually easier than adding or subtracting fractions. In order to multiply or divide fractions, you do not have to worry about a common denominator. When we multiply fractions or whole numbers times fractions, which is what we're doing here, it makes it much simpler. Jason explains that if you want to represent the number 3, you can always write it as a fraction simply 3 over 1 because 3 divided by 1 equals 3. It's actually easier to multiply fractions together and also, when you don't have to worry about common denominators, it makes it easier to divide fractions. When you multiply fractions, you do 3 times 2 on the top (numerators) and 1 times 3 on the bottom (denominator). On the bottom, you will get 6, and on the top, you'll get 3. Therefore, the answer is 3/6 or simplified to 1/2. You can also multiply fractions by whole numbers, and sometimes end up with a whole number, e.g., if you have half of a pizza and multiply that times 2, you get one whole pizza. The fundamental key thing to remember when multiplying a fraction times a whole number is to write the whole number over one and then multiply the fractions by multiplying the tops and the bottoms. For example, if you have 2 times 1/2, you just write it as 2 over 1, and then you multiply the numerators (2 times 1) and the denominator (1 times 2) to get 2/2. That simplifies to 1. However, not every time you multiply a fraction by a whole number, you get a whole number back. For example, if you have 2/5 times 5, you have the fraction times the whole number. It's also important to note that if the fraction is an improper fraction, you can convert it to a mixed number.

Tell Me About Yourself - A Good Answer To
This Interview Question
"You never get a second chance to make a first impression." So today, I'm
going to share with you the best response to the question "Tell me about
yourself." This is not just theory; we've collected some of the best replies to
this question. By the end of this article, you'll know the exact formula for
what to say and how to say it. Remember to be yourself, but be your best
self. Lead with your strongest foot forward, and don't go on and on about
your background. Here are the two key points to keep in mind: Be concise
and focused. Don't try to share everything about yourself in the first
meeting. Be authentic. Remember that this is like a first date with a hiring
manager, so you want to put your best foot forward, but also be yourself. For
example, if you're applying for a social media manager position, you might
say: "I'm a social media expert who specializes in helping companies and
entrepreneurs grow their Facebook fan page. In the last three years alone,
I've worked with dozens of clients in over ten different industries. On
average, I've been able to help my clients increase their engagement and
grow their fan page by 300-500% in less than six months."
When it comes to interviews, it's important to remember that selling yourself
is still a crucial part of the process. The worst outcome would be to panic,
stutter, and not know what to say. Therefore, it's vital to rehearse your
responses and practice them repeatedly to sound natural and confident.
