- Aferente Visceral Especial - AVE: utilizan quimioreceptores que responen principalmente a
estímulos olfatorios y gustativos. CN: I, VII, IX, X

- Aferente Visceral General - AVG: receptores localizados principalmente en revestimientos serosos
o capas musculares de vísceras. CN: IX, X.

- Aferente Somático Especial - ASE: transmiten información al cerebro desde receptores somáticos
especializados. CN: II, III.

- Aferente Somático General - ASG: cuerpo de la neurona pseudounipolar está fuera del SNC, los
receptores median sensaciones de dolor, temperatura, propiocepción consciente e inconsciente),
tacto y presión. CN: V, X, IX, VII.

- Eferente Visceral Especial - EVE: cuerpo neuronal está en el tallo cerebral y sus axones inervan
músculo esquelético derivado de mesenquima de los arcos braquiales. CN: V, VII, IX, X, XI.

- Eferente Visceral General - EVG: cuerpo neuronal está en el SNC, y las fibras inervan músculo
