Experiment:
During these experiments, we will be using both Osazone mixture and Reducing
sugar samples in each Slide, tube to compare the different results Shapes
We will use Slides on each Reducing sugar samples
Test Method:
Produces:
1 Take 5 ml of Reducing sugar samples and add 3ml of Osazone mixing to it
2 Heat in the W.B for 15 - 40min (yellow crystalline ppt will form).
3 Place a few crystals of osazone on a microscopic slide and slipcover
glass on top
4 Examine under the microscope
