As a teacher you have to understand and identify which student have
what intelligence.

day, so you invest more energy with them consistently than even a
proportion of their parental figures. You, along with their guardians, are
best positioned to comprehend singular students and their requirements.
To do this well, educators need to:
• Be committed to the principals of inclusion and take care not to
label learners who are identified for additional support, thereby
promoting exclusionary practices.
• Know your learners and their diverse needs.
• Understand the learning context(the school, classroom and home)
and the full range of potential barriers (intrici, societal, systemic or
pedagogic).
• Meet or interview parents or caregivers and develop a working
relationship with them.
