assesses the proficiency of English speakers. This test is designed for people who want to
go abroad and study or work in other countries. The iELTS score ranges from one to nine,
with nine being the highest score. The test is valid for two years and is based on the level of
difficulty of the questions. There are 40 questions, with 30 minutes for the audio portion and
40 questions to be answered. The audio portion must be listened to carefully, as any
problems with the headphones will be indicated initially.
Academic and general training are different. Academic training prepares students for a
career in the academic world, while general training prepares students for a career in any
field. The questions on the question paper for people going abroad for work or study will be
the same, but the answer sheet in listening will have 60 questions and you will have 16
minutes to finish them. There are many differences between academic and general training
that need to be understood.
For general training and academics, there is a difference in the way you have to write a letter
and report. Overall, you will be taking 60 minutes for this course, but it is up to you when you
want to write task 1 and task 2. They will give you a question paper and you will have to
answer it at the same time. Speaking is an informal kind of interview that they carry out.
General training and academic both of them will get similar kind of questions and there will
be nooo difference between them. This is not a monologue and you you will be given a topic.
You will be given one minute of preparation time and then you have to speak for two minutes
continuously. This is a conversation and a person asks you questions and you will have to
answer those questions without taking long breaks. You can ask for time if needed.
In oral speaking, there are three parts: Part One, where you get to practice asking questions;
Part Two, where you get to prepare for a question; and Part Three, where you get to take
simple questions. In Part One, you might be asked questions about the topic you are
speaking about. For example, one question might be "What is the preferred method of
teaching foreign languages in your country?" Another question might be "What is the
difference between an IDP and a BC test?" In Part Two, you will prepare for a question. For
example, you might be given a cue card with a question on it, and you will have two minutes
to answer it. In Part Three, you will take simple questions. For example, one question might
be "What are the three parts of oral speaking?" Another question might be "What is the
difference between an IDP and a BC test?"
