Inleiding:

, Wie ben ik en wat is het TIME- MODEL?



Ik ben Marielle Polak en ben 2e jaars leerling verpleegkundige. Ik heb de verkorte
opleiding gevolgd, dus dit het is ook het laatste jaar van de opleiding. Vanuit het
examen kwaliteit en deskundigheid wil ik dit verbeterplan aandragen, zodat ik dit
ook in mijn examen kan terug laten komen.

Ik ben werkzaam bij Dagelijks Leven locatie Hyiacintenhuis.

Hyiacintenhuis is een locatie met 21 kamers. Mensen huren hier een studio,
eigenlijk is het een thuiszorg instelling onder 1 dak. Er is dus 24/7 zorg
aanwezig.



Op de locatie wordt veel waarde gehecht aan het leveren van goede zorg dit staat centraal in
alle teams die werken binnen Dagelijks Leven. Samen doen is hier het kernwoord.




TIME- MODEL

Op dit moment heb ik tijdens mijn werkzaamheden een aantal cliënten die wondzorg
nodig hebben of nodig hebben gehad. In de rapportage is niet duidelijk of de wond
voor of achter uit gaat ook is er niet bij elke wond een duidelijk plan waardoor
