Civil war
o More or less organized violence among inhabitants of the same state, in which a
significant proportion of the inhabitants of that state are involved.
Revolt
o Means organized violent resistance against the existing authorities within a state
Currency shortage
o A shortage of foreign currency such as dollars or euros obtained from exports. This
money is needed in order to buy foreign products. The local currency is generally not
accepted as means of payment
Moratorium
o A moratorium is a statutory injunction whereby for a certain amount of time
creditors are unable to recover their money from there debtors the authorities
decide on the length of the moratorium.
