knowledge. l believe a selfless person can become a good social worker because it is a helping job.It's a
professional job and a paid job too but the actual reward of this profession is the happiness of the other
people, smile on their faces and our self satisfaction.

manner.They should approach people with non-judgmental attitude.They should be a banyan tree for
the persons who need them.A shade tree that can stand on rain, wind, sun and in any storm.
