coaches and its limitations are they do not entertain tennis, basketball and other prominent
games; on the other hand Muscat Sports & Recreation Club concentrates on each and every
sport including the fitness centre with relevant coaches for each sport. The spotlight of
Muscat Sports & Recreation Club is to reinforce overall fitness to its customers in a hygienic
environment. The current business proposal desires to determine the opportunities of our
business and further a medium of growing the essential investments required for unfastening
this business.

Muscat Sports & Recreation Club aims to furnish the club with both indoor and outdoor
games viz. football pitches, indoor basketball and tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool,

includes physical trainers, personal trainers, marketing team, maintenance staff and a panel of

privately owned. A well-constructed plot has assigned for a long-term lease of 20 years,
which is owned by one of the directors Mr. Haider Ibrahim Al lawati. The total investment
amount for this entire project fall under 1.5 Million-Rial Omani. The investment share is
