the topic Resources.
1. Summarize the concept of missio Dei (missional purpose).
Your answer in 100-150 words:
The concept of Missio Dei refers to God's mission based on Trinity's essence.
Missio Dei is God's missional purpose rooted in God's love for the world and his desire to
bring salvation through redemption and restoration of the world to its original intended
purpose (Kemper, 2014). Through his only son, Jesus Christ, God came to earth to spread
his word and teach people how to worship Him and his goodness to restore humanity. This
mission is also a comprehensive and holistic mission that calls for people to champion
God's redemptive work. Christians are encouraged to fulfill God's mission in everything
they do and live in ways that reflect God's love and desire to bring salvation and wholeness
to all creation.
2. Summarize Buechner's concept of finding your purpose and explain how this aligns with the

Your answer in 100-150 words:
Buechner concept suggests that finding your purpose is understanding what God
has in store for you. People’s purpose is found at the intersection of our deepest passion
and the world's greatest need, which is often a sign of the work that God has called us to do
(Pemberton, 2014). Buechner provides that wherever God calls you is what satisfies your
passion and the world's need (Pemberton, 2014). He argues that our purpose is not
necessarily something we choose but rather something that chooses us. This concept aligns
with my worldview, which emphasizes living a purposeful and mission-driven life.
Everybody under the sun has a unique purpose that they have to fulfill, and this purpose is
intimately tied to the world's needs. However, I believe that to live out your purpose; one
