Meeting Minutes
January 28, 2016
1. The meeting of the committee was held on January 28, 2016, in Company’s
Office. The meeting was called to order by Sarah at 3 PM.
2. Present committee members were Sarah, Eleanor and Julie.
3. The minutes of the January 28, 2016, was understood and approved.
4. Sarah reported that they cannot merge Outlook and Web Tracker.
5. Committee members agreed that they’re no longer using Outlook for calendar
purposes to avoid double-booked and confusion. So, they just need to use Web
Tracker because their downtown location has access to it.
6. Sarah was assigned to send out some sort of communication to staff regarding
the meeting. Julie was assigned to change the policies. Eleanor was assigned to
do a staff training on how to use a full-on calendars in Web Tracker.
7. Sending an email or touch base with all-staff meeting on Thursday.
8. Sarah ended the meeting and Eleanor seconded the motion.
