News Item is a text that tells the reader what happened that day. Events are
considered newsworthy or important. The social function of news is to inform
readers, listeners, or viewers about the events of the day that are considered
current or important.

Hard news is important news that must be reported directly to the media. This
type of news cannot be delayed because it will quickly become outdated.
