[6 marks] 02 a) There are two factors that affect how long a car takes to stop, together these give us the stopping distance of a car. State these two factors. The car came to a full stop after 3m, allowing the cat to safely get across the road. The mass of the car and passengers was 1,500 kg. i. Calculate the acceleration that the car used to brake. [4 marks] ii. Thus, calculate the velocity of the car just before the brakes were applied. If no answer was found for part bi use the value of 40 for acceleration (this is not the correct answer for part bi). Give your answer to 1 decimal place. [5 marks] c) The journey that the car took from home to school is described below, sketch a distance time graph for this journey.
