Leerdoel: Ik kan binnen 10 weken gezondheidsrisico’s van de zorgvrager signaleren met behulp van
screeningsinstrumenten en hier actie op ondernemen, waarbij ik de veiligheid van de zorgvrager
bevorder.

Op mijn stage nam ik mw. Kok op vanaf de spoedeisende hulp. Mw. werd opgenomen vanwege
