ADH –antidiuretic hormone and it is also referred as arginine vasopressin, and which is released
from the hypothalamus and stored in the posterior pituitary gland region. The plasma osmolarity
below 280mOsm/Kg is leading to high water elimination and dieresis due to inhibition of ADH
release from hypothalamus. Therefore, supraoptic nuclei is going to detect sensitive changes in
plasma osmolarity
