In het organisatie-contextverslag komt naar voren hoe de stagiair zich oriënteert op haar omgeving. Dit
wordt gedaan omdat het gehele proces van persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling niet in gang kan
worden gezet in een leegte. Tijdens dit verslag zal de omgeving waarin het bedrijf zich bevindt worden
omschreven. Het draait hierbij om de betreffende branche en om het stagebedrijf zelf. Alles zal beknopt
worden beschreven en worden ondersteunt door het gebruik van organisatiemodellen. Doormiddel van
deze modellen wordt er inzicht gegeven in de structuur, cultuur en andere aspecten binnen het
stagebedrijf.
