- Amniocentesis -> can analyze
1. L:S - L: Surfactan -> high
lesenin ( 2:1 mature lungs)
2. AFP (alpha fetal protein - Liver)
high = open body defects, low
= down syndrome
Monitor after:
1) reaction of baby
2) contraction
3) bleeding
