• F - etoscope, ne downy hair (Lanugo - term decrease)
• O - ordinary Stethoscope - 5 months and above
• U - rine in the amniotic uid - min. 200 ml => amniocentesis (15 - 20 ml).
Amniotic uid => slightly yellow (dark yellow => high bilirubin => RBC
breakdown => RBC incompatebility, Informed consent, no to NPO but empty
bladder, Prepare ultrasound machine
• R - evil the gender of the fetus
- Amniocentesis -> can analyze
1. L:S - L: Surfactan -> high
lesenin ( 2:1 mature lungs)
2. AFP (alpha fetal protein - Liver)
high = open body defects, low
= down syndrome
Monitor after:
1) reaction of baby
2) contraction
3) bleeding
4) Signs of infection ( patient)
