The media has grown to be a significant aspect of our daily lives in the
modern world. It knowledge of politics, economics, and society is also
beneficial. events taking on around the globe. Although there are
different media sources, such as print media, journals, newspapers,
books, radio, and television (TV),as well as social media sites like
Twitter,Google, Instagram, the internet, etc. There is no denying the
traditional and modern media's functions and importance. As a result
of the internet and technology, it is simple for the average citizen to
acquire information, news, and entertainment, social media is also
playing a significant role in the dissemination of information.
History:
Nawa-i-Waqat, a right-wing Urdu newspaper, was the first to start
publication in 1940, and DAWN, an English weekly, followed in 1941,
mostly to fight the anti-Muslim propaganda at the time. In the pre-
partition Pakistan, there were few periodicals repeating the stance of
the Muslims. Few additional publications made their way into the
newly formed Pakistan, including Pakistan Times, Zamindar, Civil and
Military Gazette, Morning News, and Jang. Pakistan inherited three
radio stations with locations in Lahore, Peshawar, and Dhaka in the
audio medium. More stations were built in Rawalpindi, Quetta, and
