REFLECTION PAPER Nowadays, the nursing profession is changing quickly, and that is also requiring field in the health care system. The Nursing field is changing drastically to match the demand of the population. Due to the increase in community demand, there will be more opportunities available in career and education for nurses. Nowadays, there are many organizations and facilities are encouraging nurse to pursue their education. This paper will discuss various options for my jobs with my current educational level. This paper will also summarize how the IOM report gives a personal view and achieves a higher education level in the nursing profession and how it will affect my job and patient care. In this document will also review that why continuing education should be mandatory for nurses within their careers.
