State Of Arizona Board Of Chiropractic Laws & Rules Exam – Questions/Answers
Advisory Letter - ✔ A non-formal disciplinary action notifying a licensee that either: 1). While there is insufficient evidence the board believes continuation could lead to an investigative action from the board.

10: Refusing to tell the board what means are being used in treatment.
11: Giving or receiving rebates. (Direct or Indirect)
12: Acting as a member of the board
13: False Advertising
14: Having a licensed refused or revoked anywhere; unless, proven that it was
not due to malpractice.
15: Conduct contrary to the public wellbeing
16: Violating or attempting to violate any board order.
17: Failure to sign your name as anything other than D.C.
18: Failure to place Chiropractic on Ads or media.
19: Using physical medicine modalities W/O being certified.
20: Using Acupuncture W/O being certified.
21: Engaging in Sexual intercourse W/ Patient

28: Soliciting someone who is undue influence; experienced an MVA or PI in last 15 day
