Bad Effects of Eating Fast Food

Surely fast food is tasty, but is it really good for your health? Fast food should be avoided by
people as it does not provide good and proper nutrition. It makes people fat and causes many health
issues. It does not worth the taste when it causing us many problems to our health.
Firstly, fast food tastes great but does not provide good nutrition. Aside from it has too much
fat, sugar and carbohydrates when taken in large amount starts of many health problems. It does
not give us the energy we need throughout the day.
Also, eating fast food makes people fat and obese overtime. We cannot deny the fact that
fast food is deep fried in oil and contains many calories. Carbohydrates in fast food converted to
sugar that makes people fat. And we know that being fat is not good.
And finally, fast food diet leads to poor health. It causes heart disease, diabetes and high
blood pressure and many related health problems which leads people in sickness and when they are
sick they can’t be able to do the things they would normally do and enjoy life as it is.
Thus, fast food is not healthy, makes people fat, leads to different diseases. We must be wise
to choose eat healthy foods in order to have a productive lives.
