, HOW TO LEARN TO WORK SMARTER,
NOT HARDER:
1. DON’T BE AFRAID TO DELEGATE.
There is no shame whatsoever in sharing your workload.
• If at any point you feel overwhelmed, consider the benefits of
delegating different parts of your workload. It will boost
productivity while also allowing you to streamline your work
and maximize output.
• As you delegate, you may see results that inspire you, and allow
other members of your team to show you how they work,
allowing you to create a healthy and collaborative working
environment.
2. WORK AT A TIME YOU FEEL MOST
PRODUCTIVE.
People find that they are at their most productive at different times of
the day. For example, some people find that they are at their most
productive first thing in the morning. Others find their productivity
peaks at lunchtime, or even late at night.
• Everybody is different. When you find yourself at your most
useful, awake, alert, and productive is when you should do your
most important work.
• Remember that smart workers manage their
time effectively while also
taking breaks to recharge and
gather their thoughts.
