patient-centered program, of the Total Wellness Center. An outpatient facility developed as an
effective service line for the delivery of care, that allows professionals to collaborate efficiently.
A nursing service line that combines evidence-based practice with telehealth, to deliver
consistent clinical protocols in an integrated approach is the future of healthcare. The Total
Wellness Center provides physical and mental health services, utilizing the advanced skills of
nurse practitioners, and nurse leaders in healthcare delivery.
The purpose of the wellness center is to combine integrated health care, in a cost-
effective model, using telehealth to provide cutting-edge interventions and treatment plans that
work synergistically. This program will require effective leadership skills, to coordinate
