Abstract: This case study discusses the presentation, diagnosis, and management of a 68-
year-old woman admitted to the hospital after being found unconscious. The case highlights
the challenge of diagnosing a common medical condition with rare and serious clinical
manifestations.
Introduction:
The case study delves into the complex medical journey of a 68-year-old woman who was
