All activities have been completed to the best of my ability, and I acknowledge that this record serves as an electronic signature verifying that all activities have been completed by me. Telehealth is a rapidly growing form of healthcare delivery that has been enabled by advances in technology (Groom et al., 2021). It enables providers to provide care to patients who may be geographically separated, or who may have physical or medical conditions that make it difficult or dangerous to travel to receive care. Using telehealth, healthcare providers can provide a wide range of services, including diagnosis, treatment, patient education, and remote monitoring. The use of telehealth is expanding rapidly and has been adopted by many providers as a way to increase access to quality care, and to reduce the cost associated with providing care. 3 However, there are also legal, ethical, and policy considerations that must be taken into account when using telehealth services. There are federal and state laws and regulations that govern the use of telehealth in the United States (Mataxen & Webb, 2019). These laws and regulations vary from state to state, so it is important for healthcare providers to be familiar with the laws and regulations that apply to their particular jurisdictions. In addition, many providers must adhere to the standards of care and ethical guidelines established by their professional organizations, such as the American Medical Association. Part B As part of this Clinical Practice Experience, I completed tasks related to the legal, ethical, and policy considerations of telehealth. I created a CPE schedule table of tasks and timelines, a SAFER guide checklist document, and a list of the five SDLC phases with at least one activity listed under each phase. I also wrote a 3–5 sentence paragraph summary of the policy, legislation, or regulation impacting telehealth, and created a 10–60 second HootBack video sharing my selected policy, legislation, or regulation. I then completed two peer reviews of HootBack videos, providing constructive feedback, and wrote a 3–5 sentence paragraph describing the chosen setting and recommendations to improve the ergonomics in the chosen setting. Finally, I created a GoReact video reflection, with a three-phase comprehensive reflection video and written summary, and completed two peer reviews with constructive feedback. HootBack Video
