Since teachers may vary the focus of their SBA from year to year, the Word-Processing component offers some choice. To obtain the 20
marks for Word-Processing, teachers may:
• Choose TWO of the three features: tables, columns, and inserting/importing files. (2 marks each)
• Choose TWO of the three advanced features: Mail merge, table of contents and fillable forms. (5 marks each)
All other objectives are compulsory
