numbered year. Should be renewed prior to January 1st of the following year. UNLESS you're a
new grad and just received your license, you do not need to renew at the end of that year. Ex:

What happens when you don't renew your personal registration within 60 days of its expiration?

3) It is not reasonably possible to provide a written prescription to the dispenser prior to
