Currently, I work as a charge nurse in a hospital’s step-down ventilators unit. I work for a full 12-hour night shift where I must interact with other inter-professional teams to achieve the goal of quality patient care. Insurance and Care (icare) is an organization which was fundamentally created for the purpose of delivering insurance and care schemes. This is caused by a variety of care settings, such as ICU, coronary care unit, cardiothoracic surgery unit, and trauma unit. In fact, there are cases when patients are served the patient in ventilators and hence high-frequency monitoring and intervention are critical. In such units, nurses should have the capability of providing education and thus should be well equipped with rhythm interpretation. Nurses must understand the relationship between various co-morbidities to care for the patient efficiently. Compassion Nursing is a career of compassion. Consequently, there are several nursing actions which contribute to compassion even in an environment where interprofessional teams support each other to deliver quality patient care. Such acts of compassion provide the patients with the confidence and support they fervently need to be ready for lengthy recovery or even fight overwhelming diseases. Compassionate nurse becomes empathetic to their patients’ suffering and pain. Communication is always an important tool in every sphere of human life.
