How would you describe your experience in participating in this course? How has your
experience shaped your intention to participate in future MBA courses?
This course has been a transformative experience as I have acquired insights into
leadership theories and effective management strategies. The course was quite interactive and
involved leadership simulations and team projects, which enabled me to apply the theoretical
knowledge to practical scenarios. My experience in this course has shaped my intentions to
approach future MBA courses with a more proactive and collaborative mindset. Furthermore, I
have learned the importance of communication, teamwork, and adaptability in leadership roles. I
plan to uphold what I have learned and actively engage with my peers in group projects, focusing
on a continuous culture of learning and seeking opportunities where I can lead. Additionally, I
learned the importance of ethical leadership and prioritizing ethical considerations in making
decisions while taking my MBA and beyond. The course has prepared me to be a more effective
and responsible leader in the future, both in academics and professional goals.
What were some of the challenges you faced in this course, and how did these challenges
help you prepare for challenges in today's VUCA world of work?
Participating in the course had several challenges for me; one of the most challenging
things for me was the issue of time management, adapting to diverse team dynamics, and
handling complex cases. All these challenges have been instrumental in preparing me for the
volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world work we encounter today. The issue of time
management was a big challenge as I needed help balancing coursework and other
responsibilities which required careful planning and discipline. The challenge prepared me and
honed my ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in areas that require high pressure,
