Mental wellbeing - a persons current state of mind, their ability to think, process information, and
regulate emotions
Levels of functioning is the degree to which an individual can complete day-to-day tasks in an
independent and effective manner

- Low levels;
- Lack of direction/ability to set goals
- Unable to cope with changing environments
- Struggle carrying out basic tasks
Resilience is the ability to cope with and manage change and uncertainty

- Use appropriate coping strategies

Social wellbeing involves the ability to form and maintain meaningful connections with others and
