, Abstract
Employee motivation in a service provider or multi-sourcing company operating in Ireland can be achie
ved through various strategies and initiatives. Employers within this industry should consider the specif
ic needs of their employees, as well as the unique factors that may affect employee morale and produ
ctivity levels. This study examines the influence of employee motivation on job performance and satisf
action within service provider/multi-sourcing companies. It identifies key factors that contribute to dem
otivation. Employing a quantitative methodology and content analysis techniques on questionnaires fro
m diverse sources in different tech sectors in Ireland, the research aims to offer empirical insights into
employee motivation and enhance the management of multi-sourcing relationships in Irish organizatio
ns. The survey employed questionnaires with content analysis and statistical analysis via SPSS softw
are. The study revealed correlations between stimulation levels in one's role, lack of growth opportuniti
es or recognition, and overall job satisfaction among respondents in various tech sectors across Irelan
d. The findings underscore the importance of cultivating engaging workplaces where staff feel valued t
hrough appropriate salary bonuses, recognition programs, and professional development initiatives. T
hese measures lead to increased team productivity. The study confirms that addressing issues like lac
k of growth opportunities or recognition significantly improves job satisfaction. Strategies like rewards
programs, professional development, and effective communication policies have yielded positive outco
mes about these factors. Ultimately, the research suggests implementing organizational action plans t
hat fulfill employer and employee needs, promoting smoother operations aligned with core business d
evelopment objectives. In summary, this research assesses how employee motivation in service provi
der/multi-sourcing companies impacts job performance and satisfaction, identifying the main factors inf
luencing demotivation.
