The Provisional Title of The Dissertation:
Organizational Behavior
Describe the topic(s) or issue(s) you wish to investigate for your dissertation.
Topics in organizational behavior usually depend on the program under study. Therefore, based on the
BMS training program limited that is based in Singapore, we will focus on issues such as impressions,
motivation, decision-making, group activities, and negotiations (Marchau et al., 2019). BMS Engineering
is an Affiliate of Daikin Singapore. We prioritize providing our employees with ongoing training so that they
can perform even the most challenging tasks with ease, all while maintaining our commitment to service
excellence and the satisfaction of our clients. The selection of these issues is based on the nature of the
program, especially some of the main activities that the program undertakes.
Objectives targeted in this study include increasing the trainees’ morale in the BMS training program,
establishing a social system, and creating an environment favorable for the growth of effective leadership.
The research question guiding this study is whether organizational behavior can be used to develop and
enhance employees’ skills.
What facts or information will you need to gather? How will you access these?
Information that will be required in the BMS training program is based on several concepts that were
covered throughout our entire coursework. Accessing this information is easy since it can easily be
obtained from our coursework or on findings of other researchers that have investigated such fields
before. The reason for easier access to information is that the MBA program is compelling and features
current and future managers (Jiang et al., 2019). Topics covered in the course include development,
teamwork, organizational change, leadership, and motivation, emphasizing their real-world applications
(Jiang et al., 2019). The topics listed above are the same topics that should be covered in this study. The
part of the use of previous studies conducted on the same topic can be accessed from the university
library.
Additionally, peer-reviewed articles would be essential in obtaining information regarding the studies
carried out in the past. Similar information can also be obtained from other programs offering
organizational behavior training. Information from previous research is essential since it gives the
researcher room to improve.
