,About the Louis Bolk Instituut
The Louis Bolk Institute has conducted scientific
research to further the development of organic and
sustainable agriculture, nutrition, and health care since
1976. Its basic tenet is that nature is the source of
knowledge about life. The institute plays a pioneering
role in its field by using experiential knowledge, by
looking at questions that consider data as part of a
greater whole, and through national and international
