, enige notas of aantekeninge daarop) saam met u antwoordboeke na afloop
van die eksamen by die toesighouers ingehandig word.
A clean copy of the Constitution will be handed out with this question paper in
the examination venue. You must please ensure that this copy (without any
notes or marks on it) is handed back with your answer paper to the
supervisors at the conclusion of the exam.
(vi) LW: Beantwoord elke afdeling in ‘n afsonderlike antwoordboek.
NB: Answer each section in a separate book.
(vii) Gebruik die puntetelling vir elke vraag as ‘n riglyn vir die lengte van u
antwoord en die tyd wat u aan die bepaalde vraag bestee. Die puntetelling vir
die afsonderlike afdelings is soos volg:
Afdeling A (Prof Botha): 50
Afdeling B (Prof De Visser): 15
Afdeling C (Prof Quinot): 15
Afdeling D (Prof Liebenberg): 20
Use the marks allocated to each answer as a guide to the length of your
answer and the relative time you spend on it. The marks allocated to each
section are as follows:
Section A (Prof Botha): 50
Section B (Prof De Visser): 15
