Keani


Having Keani as my employer, I would like to help her more to attain more of her goals
in life. In this way, it would also feel like I was part of her achieving one of her goals, to help
her make money. Being a future employer to Keani, or perhaps to anyone else, I would like
to defend my workers, especially those who will be an easy target for bullies. Also, being an
employer of Keani, I will be more considerate as she has physical and behavioral issues.
Hence, advising Keani that they might be changes from what or where she familiarized
herself.
I will still give her a chance to show her passion for her job if she were hired. Long
patience will also benefit both of us and even the other employers because we will surely
help each one of us to satisfy our customers. As for the customers, I will instruct Keani that
just be herself, do her job, and ignore people who will come at her because of her disability
and instead just call me to discipline the customer. Furthermore, I will also tell Keani that if
there might be trouble within herself or if she has episodes, I will suggest that she should tell
the manager or her co-workers to avoid unnecessary circumstances.
