Introduction
The ultimate goal of this experiment is to employ 1H-NMR spectroscopy to analyze and
identify the compounds present in both fractions N and M. DMSO-d6 is used as the NMR
solvent for compound N, while CDCl3 is used for the compound in fraction M. Through this
extraction and identification process, valuable insights into the composition and nature of the
mixture can be gained, contributing to the understanding of natural product extraction and the
potential discovery of new chemical entities with biological significance.
