Using an appropriate evaluation framework, critically analyse the issues that influence the performance of the identified interventions/programme. Task 2 (2400 words): public health commissioning brief Responding to the public health commissioning brief and based on the evidence in Task 1, justify a key public health concern. Prepare and write a proposal responding to the commissioning brief. The proposal (Task 2) should contain elements of public health project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and sustainability.
