Case 1:
A 6 year old boy came to OPD with history of facial puffiness
since 1 month. Edema progressed to the lower limbs and
eventually to the whole body. Mother also noticed passing of
frothy urine.
Case 2:
A young man comes to OPD with history fatigue and
breathlessness. He also gives history of passing reddish
coloured urine, edema since 2 days. He gives history of throat
infection in recent past. On examination, BP was found to be
elevated.
Case 3:
A 50 year old man was admitted with loss of appatite, nausea,
volmiting and fatigue. He had similar problems few years back.
On examination, his BP was elevated and pallor was noticed.
CVS, RS and PA examination was normal.
