Over time , history has developed and evolved.
Once it ,revolved around the life of powerful people.
Now, history has become the study of common
people about their lives and also about the new
ideas.
Some of the defining features of the modern era are
scientific progress, industrialization ,colonization,
organization or the growth of cities .
The British treated India as they took away raw
materials from India.
