1. Consciousness
Sign : Composmentis, apathetic, somnolent, sopor, coma
Symptom : fainted
2. Head
Sign : microsefal, macrosefal, mesosofal, asymmetric, hematoma
Symptom : headache, dizzy,
3. Hair
Sign : dirty, oily, dry, fall out, hair color
Symptom : itchy hair, hair fall out easily,
4. Face
Sign : asymmetry, cyanosis, jaundice, bells palsy, tic facialis, congenital
abnormalities
Symptom : itchy face, face feels stiff
5. Eyes
Sign : sclerosis anemis, no reaction to light, anisocor, mydriasis / miosis,
conjunctivitis
Symptom : visual impairment, eyes hurt, itchy eyes
6. Ears
Sign : asymmetry, fluid out
Symptom : buzzing, deaf, painful
7. Nose
Sign : asymmetrical, epistaxis
Symptom : itchy nose, feels pain, blocked nose
