, 1st of all I will research about company and its operations and location etc then
keeping in mind everything I will do a research about the position type e.g
Is it a junior, midlevel or senior level position
Is it a onsite, hybrid or work from home
The job requires only local or foreigners with work permits rights
as well
What’s the salary and benefits being offered for the job
Any specific languages involves
Any specific skills or certifications which is mandatory by the client
Keep in mind level of education required
How much years of experience could be enough for this position
After everything is cleared then I will write the job descriptions
keeping in mind requirements of client as well and with the help
of my technical knowledge in the field and Google help as well if
