Technology has significantly impacted solving higher administration costs problems for
businesses through automation of tasks. The Open Group Architecture Frame (TOGAF)
helps organizations identify essential components that can be integrated and ensure the
proposed information technology solution is effective. For this proposal, business design,
facts architecture, software architecture, and methodological architecture represent the pillars
to ensure the automation of tasks solution success (Nugraha & Handoko, 2019). Under
business architecture, the organization adopts a business strategy that desires to create value
for its customer worldwide and make a difference in producing the most trusted and preferred
branded products. The business strategy is implemented by inspiring employees to emphasize
the wants of clients and license associates by getting out into the marketplace to pay
attention, discern and learn to retain the worldview.

integrated and dependent on each other in collecting client data, evaluating, and making
decisions. Performing environmental scanning is one of its business processes that entails a
focused diagnosis of the current and potential business platforms before starting its business.
The process enables the firm to constantly analyze all external and internal factors relevant to
