What are a - These are the recent form of antipsychotic drugs, they have a shorter bind time of 24 hours
typical drugs - They perform agonist action on d1 receptors as well as antagonist action on d2 receptor

- E.g poverty of speech or social withdrawal
- Also have action on serotonin 1-5 HTA’s receptors
- They have a shorter half-life compared to conventional.
- Not as widely used as conventional drugs
