Engagement - this is the fist stage of CBT, this is where the therapist focuses on building the clinet

Psychoeducation - The therapist provides more information about the condition to the client in order to

Cognitive - Use of the dysfunctional thought diary to identify when they experience positive
strategies symptoms and what the symptoms are.
- Helps to identify any triggers that may cause the symptoms.
- Use of positive activity scheduling to ensure they experience self care.
Behavioural - Teaching them new skills that can be used to challenge positive symptoms they

Relapse - Strategies that help to identify when they are experience or are about to experience a
