Acknowledgment
First of all I would like to thank to Mid-valley international College or Help University which
give me a golden chance to do project on the subject TRM 400. Through the subject I got the
opportunity to learn about the thesis title (Organizational Behavior in the Hospitality Industry) as
well as instruction to do this thesis. It is necessary to be graduated in the bachelor program so
student should do it with their various ideas and put their creativity on it. I would like to thank to
my subject lecturer (Mr. Chetan Acharya) because he give us wonderful assignment and a way to
increase ability of the student to do thesis.

Abstract
The goal of this study was to see how employee behavior affects organizational competitiveness in the
hotel business. The survey included a diverse group of employees. Employee attitude and views regarding
many areas of hotel operations are critical antecedents that determine employee behavior, according to the
findings. Employee behavior has been proven to have a direct impact on company competitiveness.
Managers in hospitality establishments should make conscious efforts to involve employees in
operational decision-making, communicate ideas in an easy-to-understand manner, and adjust employee
salaries periodically in response to key inflation factors such as the prices of essential commodities, for
future improvements. This project also shows the analysis of variables of the organizational behavior in
the hospitality industry. It needed deep analysis or research of the hospitality industry of Nepal and how
the Nepalese hospitality industry took the vital role during the pandemic of Covid19. At that time,
Employees were suffered from various obstacles and didn’t get satisfaction through the online job which
directly impact on the hotel organizational behavior.
